Trade Mission to Vietnam Builds New Opportunities

Last Fall, the Asian American Chamber of Commerce hosted a trade mission to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. This trip was an exciting opportunity to further economic development and partnership between our Ho Chi Minh and the city of St. Louis. Joining us was a group of 11 St. Louis companies including Enliven, Enterprise Holdings, Washington University, University of Missouri, Hollywood Casino, and Regions Bank. Among several highlights of the trip, we had the opportunity to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for economic development between our organization and CEO Club Vietnam, which was witnessed by US Consul General Mary Tarnowka and Pham Thanh Kien, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade.

It was an amazing opportunity professionally and personally, and we hope you will join our return trip in November of 2017!

Our vision is to be instrumental in connecting Asian American businesses and organizations in the St. Louis region as well as positioning this region to be internationally competitive.
