Yasmin Chittakhone is a certified Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in talent strategy, belonging and inclusion, employee engagement and organizational development. She currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at BJC Healthcare/Christian Hospital, where she partners with leaders to enhance culture and employee experience. She also supports business leaders with strategic HR planning to drive organizational success.

Before joining BJC, Yasmin gained valuable experience across several industries, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, and utilities.

Yasmin holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. She is a graduate of the Fellows Experience, a leadership program by Greater St. Louis Inc. Outside of her professional role, Yasmin is actively involved in the community. She serves as a mentor and team leader with International Mentoring St. Louis and as a professional connector with St. Louis Mosaic Project. Additionally, she is a Board Director for the Valley Park School District.
